  5. I totally hear you! I was just about to figure out how to post about this, but your post sums it up so nicely! I was banded on Thursday, and have a tightness in my chest and the 'baseball' feeling, although without the burping action. Kind of feels like a burp stuck? Anyway, I literally feel your pain, I am hoping it goes away with time, otherwise I have just made a REALLY bad decision getting banded! Any more advice would be greatly appreciated, hope you are feeling better soon! Jenn
  6. Surgery complete! It went well, My surgery was at 10:00, I was in the car to go home at 2:00. I was very groggy, and slept most of yesterday. I am breastfeeding, so I have decided to not take any pain medication (tylenol if it comes down to that), so far so good! A little sore, but certainly nothing like recovering from a c-section. Thanks for checking in on me! Jenn ps I was talking with a women waiting to get a fill (she got compelety de-filled to go to Disney) - she lost 130 lbs in a year! With a 4 and 5 year old!
  7. I am being banded tomorrow. I have two little ones and am also feeling a mixture of relief, excitment, anxiety and fear. I think it is normal, however, not easy! Congratulations on your decision, good luck with your banding! Thanks Juli for your encouraging words. Jenn
