I am Nelly. I found this site by looking for meal preps for bariatric patients. I am just starting my weight loss journey and Im excited yet scared about it. I am excited because i will be healthy, I will be able to not be as tired anymore, or my bones hurt because of my weight. I want to be able to love myself again. To be proud of my self. I am scared because Im Afraid i will not lose the amount of weight i want to lose. An Im also afraid of the excess skin i will have. I hope to benefit from BariatricPal by others peoples stories and journeys. As well as recipes for a healthier food choices.
