    I joined the lover's bench in the 25th. Havent had much fluids and teying to consume protein shakes. They are just too darn sweet now. I've noticed that I weigh the same amount of weight as I did when I did on the of my surgery even with me not consuming much fluids. Whelp! I am determined to let this tool work for me.
