Today was the first day that I am recommitting myself back to the lap band ways. Today was rough I had to break a lot of bad habbits. It is very hard because I spend over 10 hours in a kitchen. It is hard not just putting things in your mouth and not think about it. I always have to stop myself, and let it go. Today I feel good about doing it, and I was honestly not all that hungry. I had a couple of hunger spells but I got through them. I feel very good about this on my first day. I am recommiting to what I thought I committed to a long time ago. I just wasnt get the tune ups.

  3. hi all...is there somewhere on this site that you can blog or keep a daily diary of yourself and your goals? Thanks
  4. Hi all! Well let me start of by saying I was first banded in July 2004. My weight before surgery was 253. I was down to 175, but that was when my band slipped, and I was unable to consume anything for five days. In June 2007,my band had to be removed and replaced with a different band. Since I've had to second surgery, I can not get with it. I was on liquids for the first month after, and stuck with it, but since then, I have no self-control. I had some when I first got the surgery, but can not seem to control it anymore. I am not heavier than I was before the surgery, but after the second band, I lost a lot of weight, but gained it back as soon I was back on solids. I need to get support and do it, but I always seem to regress and fall back. I am currently at 220. I need to get a fill, but just have been procrastinating about it.
