Just curious what a leak might feel like. Has anyone ever experienced it?

Hi all, I had my surgery on May 20, 2020, My first day and second day were good until I could introduce cream of soups to my diet, and protein shakes. Now I go to bathroom (#2) at least three times a day. Is this normal? Also my shoulder hurts every time I try to belch. -
I had my g.s on May 20th, 2020. As of 1 month ago I have started losing tons of hair, and notice very small bald patches. How long before my hair becomes thick again, and any tips to prevent loss?

I am 3 months post surgery and wondering if one small slice of watermelon is ok to eat? I made a huge mistake this morning and eat 1/4 cup of oatmeal without looking at the nutrition facts! I was so disappointed in myself! I should have read!

@ChubRub, interesting! I’ve never had watermelon with feta! @ms.sss I have had it with balsamic glaze! Yum.

Hello all I am three weeks postop and I have suddenly develop discomfort in my shoulder blades. It’s as if i extended both my arms and we’re moving them in a circular rotation for a very very long time and stopped. They are very sore and almost hurtful has anybody experienced this. Is it due to weight loss? I have lost 35lbs.

I had my surgery May 20, 2020, everything has been smooth sailing until last night around 2am, I woke up to incredible shoulder pains that just will not go away with Tylenol. Ever thing else is fine. No fever, no tummy pain, nothing. Just this awful shoulder pain. Anyone else’s have this issue? -
Hi All, I am curious of what I can eat and what can I not eat. I do have a very small list from my doctor but I am curious if I can eat ground beef, or popcorn, and other things. Can you all share some of the things you all ate at 5 weeks post op. Thank!

I am in the hospital and doc is trying to rule out a leak now. In lots of shoulder pain. No fever, no stomach pain, just shoulder pain. -
Thanks! I will call my doc in the morning anyway just for peace of mind.

Really? My doc told me it was ok to get the gas out. Now I am a bit worried.

I have been experiencing massive shoulder pain that started last night. I do not have rapid heartbeat or abdominal pain at all. My surgery was May 20, 2020, I am thinking maybe I should call my doc and let him know. I also have no fever. I am walking 2 miles a day.

I walk over 2 miles a day and I have had zero pain till today at 2am. Walking has not helped today, only getting worse by the hour. -
Is it normal to have poop with a ball of gas 3 days into Gastric Sleeve surgery?

What protein shakes did you do? My doc told me to use boost, however it has 16gs of sugar and I just bought premier proteins that has 1 g of sugar and 4 carbs. Is this ok to do? I will call my doctor in the morning, just trying to get answers from others as well.
