what flavor of crystal light do you put in your protien drink?

Hang in there... and call your doctor tell them what is going on. I called after a week of headaches and this is what they said to me! "Didn't we tell you that if you got really hungry you could have something high protien/low fat?" Of course I was HELL NO! you did not mention anything of the sort! They should be able to give you options, maybe you can try a different protien shake or add something to it. I bought one of those small bullet blenders and add ice and fruit, it comes out real thick and makes me feel like I am having a icecream shake.

My insurance paid for the surgery because of my sleep apnea! Good luck, be persistant and it will all work out. I'm in Texas with United health care and didnt have any problem getting aproval for the sleep apnea test. GOOD LUCK

My surgery date was 28APR08... I had my first fill on 27MAY08. Tomorrow will be one week from my fill date and everything thing I eat hurts like I am swallowing a golfball. Is this normal? I am taking small bites and eating slow, it took me at least an hour to drink a protien shake this morning.
