Hi, had my surgery in February 2020. It is now April 2 and I am enjoying the fact that I am walking so much faster and better now. Still haven't gotten use to the small amount of foods and drink but I'm getting their and slowly realizing that this is going to be me for ever. Now that I am sitting here typing this is sounds dam good that I can and would no longer over eat. Gastric sleeve was a challenge for the first couple of weeks man it was hard but I'm feeling so much better as the time of surgery till now is a Hugh difference. I was a 2x now I am a xl. I stay away from the scale and just look at myself in the mirror. My worse part is constipation. I am dealing with that much better. Following my meal plan stage2 and 95% sticking to it I just wish I can get more liquids down. ls
