I'm having problems with binge eating too. My husband keeps trying to get me to eat when I'm not hungry. If you have a lot of people in the house and they bring their goodies into the house you might ask them to keep them in their rooms. You could write their names on the bags, so it reminds you that their goods don't belong to you.
Most of all be kind to yourself, You have eaten some food, gain a few pounds. you haven't killed anyone

Hi: I had my sleeve done in January of this year. I was 65 at the time. I had to pay for it out of my own pocket because I would have had to wait 5 years to get the government to pay for it. I had some inheritance money so I thought I would spend it on myself. I couldn't wait 5 years. I don't know what I was thinking I have been under considerable stress and I didn't give myself credit for coming out the other side. I'm not surprised that my diet was going out the window. I'm back on track, writing down my food, shopping for what I want to eat and getting lots of sleep. I'm feeling much better

Hi: Had Sleeve done in Jan 2020 and I lost about 45 lbs. Now I am stuck. I seem to have run out of motivation and wonder why I had this surgery. I don't know how to get back on track. Any suggestions? Marcie
