  1. I wish that I could move to full liquids!
  2. I too am here!!! I had my surgery 2/28. Things have been pretty good! No nausea or vomiting. I'm just tired of these clear liquids and I have another week to do...This is insane LOL.
  3. After getting two units of red blood cells on 2/27, I was finally able to join the sleeved club on 2/28. So far I haven’t had any vomiting, only nausea. The gas isn’t too bad either. I’m doing a lot of walking and my spirometer breathing exercises.
  4. Down in the dumps. My surgery got postponed until tomorrow because my iron is to low. So, it’s blood transfusion time.
  5. Surgery this morning and I’m so excited.
  6. The same! I'm so freaking excited... I can hardly contain myself lol.
  7. Right! Are you having bypass or vsg? I’m going to Tijuana, because my stupid insurance stopped covering bariatric surgery this year.
  8. @3sonsitk stay away from beef bone broth... it’s disgusting.
  9. The first few days I was hangry lol. It went away though. Powerade zero, sugar free jello, beef and chicken broth, and unsweetened applesauce have been my best friend. I drink premier protein as well. I found some Splenda with fiber and it helps with decaf tea, and sweetening the applesauce (it’s really tart).
  10. I do officially, but I started Tuesday of last week and I’ve already lost 25 pounds. It fluctuates though. That part can be discouraging. I keep pushing through though.
  11. Me too!!! Hey surgery twin lol.
  12. I've noticed since being on this liquid diet that I am always cold, before, I would always be hot. I used to run an oscillating fan all year. I can't do it anymore.
  13. If you find a good one send it to me please. Which protein powder are you using? I ordered a nutri ninja because, I'm not spending all that money on premier protein and others like. I'll just make my own.
  14. Thanks for the info... I can't wait to try it. My husband and I are flying in a day early.
  15. Everyone with upcoming surgery dates; have you tried beef bone broth? IDK if it’s the brand my husband bought for me, but it’s disgusting ? Chicken broth and sugar free Jell-O is my go to right now!
  16. Mine is February 27th as well, but in Tijuana. My insurance doesn’t cover it...
  17. Correction, I am now having my surgery on the 27th of February. I need more time to get my passport card.
  18. February 24th, PISCES SEASON... Whoot Whoot!!! So ecstatic.
