  1. Hi I had my surgery on Monday and I would say my pain was mainly my left side so when getting up I just try and lean over to my right side and then I have a rail on my bed that just helps me pull myself up, I have a bad back to have had the rail for a while but it definitely helps if you have something to grab on to, I hope it gets easier for you, I came out of hospital yesterday and feel so much better now my drain is out and I’m home. Yay new start Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  2. Hi everyone I’m having a gastric bypass to day at 11am because of my reflux disease and hernia will be dealt with as well, I am over weight but I’m not the biggest I have been, but have not had much appetite for a long time due to reflux which is a good thing in a way as it has changed my relationship with food so it makes this journey easier. Hope everyone’s surgery goes well [emoji3] I’m in England Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
