  4. hello all. I'm new to this whole posting stuff. I had surgery on September 23 2019. I weighed in at 457 the day off surgery. Its been a little over a 3 months now and I am down to 343.I know its a accomplishment but for the last 2 week I have stalled at this number. I have no idea what i'm doing wrong. I have 3 main meals daily. which total around 700-900 calories total. most of those calories are from lean white meat protein 2 1/2-3oz. green vegetables. I take all my vitamins like I should. I do about a 1 hour of cardio 6 days a week. 2-3 times a week i do some weight training. I'm just wondering if anyone had any suggestion or if anyone has ran into the situation. If not this is my rant for the day lol
