    I’m freaking out a little. Surgery 12/9 and my husband has the flu. I got the flu shot, but that’s no guarantee. I’ve been wearing a mask when I bring him soup and medicine, but I’m so stressed, I really want a cheeseburger! I hate that he feels bad, but I do not want to have to get delayed, or start over n the liquid diet. Gotta get him well, and keep myself well!

    Thanks for sharing. It just helps to know that we are not alone. We ALL carry around past baggage and demons. That is why we are overweight. It takes time to let go of our self comforting behaviors. You are on the right track. Hope your surgery went well.
