  1. You’re completely fine mines I did a 2 weeks after my surgery and before that I was going to her like constantly. I would also suggest going to your doctor a month after surgery to get all the blood work for the vitamins and levels to get a starting point and if they can prescribe you iron or most of the vitamins that saves soo much money well it did for me.
  2. The spirometer is absolutely important most might not feel like it but that really really does help. I have cramping every time I would breathe and was constantly winded just walking for a few mins. Vitamin D for the energy and B12!!!
  3. My doctor said to take it slow and introduce one food slowly to see if it’s giving you the effects. Could possibly be that you can no longer have those foods the body does change often. I would try chicken one day then sardines the next and so on and so fourth. Can’t handle it then reintroduce a week later. I’m also on the fourth weeks out had chili but the beans gave me so much gas and nausea so I’m cutting them out til next Tuesday see if I can handle them. But I also do this when I get the bloating and gas the next day I tend to do a liquid only day then the next day I try one solid.
  4. Holy crap that’s amazing I can only wish to be as successful as you are at 8 months out. First month I have lost 30 pounds and I’m sure the Plato will happen but man you got this!! We all got this tbh
  5. Our bodies go through that pooping helps and don’t always look at the scale it’s a a slippery slope to failure but I’m sure you will be fine you can get through it.
  6. Before the surgery I already had thinning hair and I can only advise that my doctor said it’s going to be like that the first few months then start growing back after. Cut it into a cute pixie or short cut with a light tint should help hide the thinning. I did and it works great
  7. So the air fryer in your opinion, a lot of people that I know who got it done said it’s amazing especially my nutritionist for if I crave any fast food in the future it will be an excellent go to. Do you guys use it or not?
  8. So today I was in the office and some lady said she was already eating steaks and everything at 4 weeks out. So How many of you have done the same right now. i just had the chili from Wendy’s and it was great just couldn’t have the beans only the sauce and meat.
  9. Seriously I couldn’t even even get my purées down when my doctor said to move on to it. I was drinking clear liquids for damn near 2 weeks that’s how swollen my stomach was and you out here having a damn breadstick?!?! I’m not gonna lie I didn’t have any of the post op surgery and i was back to work a week later but man oh man the swelling in the roof of the stomach was a b**** lol
  10. I had this same problem try to walk and I had the gas x to help if not it the pain should be gone before the start of two weeks.
  11. I’m kinda new to the site, I am starting my 4 weeks and last week of course it was thanksgiving and I had a tablespoon of potato salad and about a spoon of the dark more moist turkey. It went down smooth and my nutritionist said I can start my one solid a day thing. Do you guys think it’s a good idea I mean what were you guys eating at 4 weeks?
