  5. Some shakes are off limits for me. The premade has different compositions because of its ability to stay on shelves longer. Also some have artificial sweeteners

  11. I started the process in July, went off on vacation August, did most work and tests in September. In October they told me tentative Dec 13. My last appointment with anesthesiologist was October 14. Insurance paperwork went in Nov 11 got approved November 12.

  16. Hi I was also told I needed a Cpap machine prior to surgery, However I haven't received it yet.i however have a date in 2 weeks. The anesthesiologist said during surgery she will have to breathe for me, then a critical care nurse after, so I'm still waiting
