I’m six months postop and have been shedding horrible for about three months now the doctor said it’s normal but I hope my hair grows back because if not I’m going to be bald within the next few months. They say it could be from lack of protein and I do have a problem hitting my protein goal so this month I’ve been really tracking my food intake and trying to get to my protein intake a day

I’m 35 and 6 months post op. I’m down 67 lbs and have 25lbs to go. My legs and stomach don’t look as bad as I thought they would. Of course being a girl I wanted to be able to wear short shorts this summer but I don’t feel like my legs look good to do so but I’ve gone down from a size 22 a size 12 and I love the way I look I’m not embarrassed to go out anymore it’s amazing

I just had surgery on October 21 but I’m already in my first stall! I’ve lost 18lbs since I started this journey. It’s so frustrating although the doctor says it’s completely normal 😳

I just had surgery on Monday so I am five days postop. I’ve started my menstrual cycle a week and a half early and the cramping is awful between the surgery and my cycle. Walking today has been minimal as all I wanna do is sleep and I’m getting emotional but I’m not even sure about what -
