I said hush boy, and go back to bed:tired I was a very sad case last nite.:angry My plan for today is to do what Sarg ordered and stay on track.

Getting Ready for Spring Bootcamp
Turner, don't push yourself, if you need to come off then do it. Some people can only do it for about 3 days at a time. This is what I've been eating: B-- hot decaff tea or decaff coffee L--sliced roast beef:hungry: D--hamburger pattie other meats I've been eating... beef ribs cube steak chix ground turkey turkey bacon, fried hard This is day 3 of 7 for me. I needed to be on thru the weekend because that's when I eat too much junk, but when I'm on the m/e I stay faithful:rolleyes And water/sf waters

Getting Ready for Spring Bootcamp
Niecy, I'm sooo glad it worked for you :wow2: 7 pounds:clap2: I weighed in this morning and 7 pounds for me too:clap2: Today, Sat and Sun I will be eating some carbs and veggies.:hungry: I plan on doing the M/E starting Mon-Fri again next week. This is something I can do and I love the results. Most likely tho the results might not be 1 pound a day the longer we do it, but who knows:confused: I'll see what next weeks progress is. Again, I'm very happy for you. The temptations do get easier, I was faced with a try of fresh homemade brownies Friday at work, it was very easy to walk on by:huytsao but if it had been a try of cut up veggies I would've been very tempted:nervous

A thread for super-sized bandsters - starting BMI over 50?
Hi Christy, I had a bmi of 68 and my Dr. never told me that, altho I had heard something like that before I met with him, and needless to say I was very nervous:nervous when I met with him, I was afraid he was gonna tell me that my bmi was too high. Thank the Lord he did not tell me that, he told me he could help me, and he has:biggrin1: I guess it all depends on the ins.co. and what are their requirements:phanvan Wishing you a speedy date to come. WELCOME TO ALL THE NEW BANDSTERS:clap2:
