congrats:cool: I did'nt tell anyone at work either, they just thought I was going on vacation because I used vacation time. And by the time I came back, my walking was back up to speed and I wasn't in any pain. Only three people knows, my hubby, my best friend, and my brother.
Time is passing by slowly with this band to me, I'm just very impatient, I want this weight off yesterday. I'm going to the gym 5 times a week and drinking my gallon of water. The only thing that is getting smaller is my face and my wedding band slips off in the shower. But I'm just gonna continue on doing good, and one day my body has to respond, right?
it you guys think this diet is hard, which it is, just wait until you get banded. My doctor have us on 2 weeks of clear liquards before we move onto full liquards for 2 weeks. Right now I'm living on sf jello, broth, water, and crystal lites. It is very tuff, especially after the first week. I can't wait until 3-22 when I can go on full liquards which is sf pudding, creamed soups, I'm counting down the days.:hungry:
before I started my pre-opt diet I weighed 418, lost 16 on optifast diet, and weighed 402 day of banding (3-7-06) I now weigh 381 still on clear liquard diet. So I have lost 37. But it seems to me you are taking in too many carbs. My doctor will have me a high protein with little to no carbs when I get to that stage.
