  1. It happens girl, don’t get frustrated ? you will stall out then drop all of a sudden! That’s what usually happens to me when i hit a stall
  2. Make sure you are getting all of your protein in too! I know that not getting all your protein will stall out weight loss for whatever reason. Don’t lose hope friend!! You CAN do this!
  3. I felt terrible for two days after I got home from surgery and was wishing I hadn’t done it too! Then I felt like I was starving ALL THE TIME! But, it passed and i feel great now and don’t regret it at all..Hang in there, it certainly does get better!! I am 7 weeks out tomorrow ?

  5. Oasis of Hope is also a cancer hospital so don’t freak out when it comes up as a cancer treatment hospital ? They do bariatric surgeries and cancer treatments. It is in Tijuana
  6. Dr. Gonzales did my surgery. I’m sorry I don’t have a link, but you can google Oasis of Hope. The coordinators are VERY helpful!! When you google them they have a number you can call and an email for information. They are very prompt in responding, usually within the day ?
  7. He did my sleeve surgery in September. I had a really good experience! He was very friendly and the staff is nice and hospital is clean. My nurses however did not speak very much english.

  10. Hi! I’m 3 weeks post surgery and I am hungry all the time. Is this normal? Am I really hungry or is my mind just thinking I’m hungry? Please help! I’m so worried that I’m doing something wrong
