  3. Remember what I said about not telling very many people. They will drive you nuts after the surgery. Wait & wait a long time, like until you are nearing your goal weight. It will be MUCH better for you.
  4. About one year ago. Have not gained back any of the weight I have lost. About 20 lbs. I am not trying as hard as I should, but I feel 1000 times better anyway.
  5. Don't let anyone who hasn't done the research that all of us undergoing this surgery have done, deter you. The surgery was the best decision I ever made about my weight loss. I had 60 pounds to lose, and even tho I am losing very slowly, the weight is coming off and I am NOT, yes I said NOT, re-gaining it.
