  1. Alright thank you. I'll try different vitamins until i can get bloodwork done.
  2. I had my surgery in September 2019 and I was wondering if anyone else constantly felt drained or like they've had a mass loss of energy? I've been taking my vitamins and those are supposed to help but they don't seem to be doing much. I keep finding myself losing focus, not being able to do things for a long time, getting dizzy or lightheaded, and feeling really unenthusiastic about things I used to be passionate about. Did anyone else feel like this for so long after their surgery?

  6. I recently had my 1 month check up and it turns out i went from 270 to 230lbs. Is that a decent amount? Is that too much? Im in a bit of a stall now I actually gained a few pounds and im really scared I'm messing up big time somehow. My nurse just reminded me to drink more water. Is there anything else I should be doing?
  7. Hi! Im 1 month post op (not sure where you are or if this would help) but i had a similar issue and my bari nurse recommended something called smooth move tea or a stool softener but you should ask your individual doctor before panicking

  13. Hi! Im 18 and I just had my gastric sleeve on Sept. 3rd. The pain had been bearable and since I'm on the younger side I don't feel much pain when moving around, however I do have EXTREMELY severe asthma (have since birth) and about 6 days in my back started aching. Im not sure what it is but I think it's got to do with my sleeping position since I've been giving myself treatments. My worst fear is that it's something like a blood clot in the wrong spot so I'm a bit freaked out. Any advice or feedback is greatly appreciated! Sent from my SM-G955U using BariatricPal mobile app
