would any of you please help me.... i have the band over a year... i gained 2 stone after having it due to problems with my fill but got it all sorted in Nov, i am down now the two stone, so i am at my same weight that i had it fitted, only i cant get down anymore.... i cant even have liquids in the morning, i am feeling faint and weak, and i get sick almost every time i eat.... all my bloods came back normal so i am lost.... please help :thumbup:

hey all.... k will this might come as a shock to alot of you from reading your posts but coz i was waiting for my doc in prague to do a second fill (no differene with first) i put back on the 1st that i lost i was not happy.... he kept making excuses not to make ect.... tried everywhere i could think of over here.... no luck as i did not have the surgery with them.... went to see my old weight loss doc and she wrote me out a presciption for the saline and needles and showed me how to do it myself.... i did my second refill two days ago on my own.... no probs what so ever :eek: and now i am feelin a little more full but will wait six weeks till i add some more in...... i know that u might think i am silly.... but its very hard over here to get refills done....

Tara 20 from Cork here.... got banned on the 28/01/08 in Prague with a full package for 5,500e this included flights, op, hotel for 7 days, also 2 years after care inc all the fills that i need ect.... they were a pleasure to have surgery with but i am not too happy with the fills as its almost impossible for me to go over so i have put on all the weight i lost :smile: con-grads on the HSE funding you, i have battled with my weiht since i was 7 n even on anti-depressents over it and my GP would not put me forward even though i tried everything, i am a college student now with a massive loan out all because some GP'S think that u are just lazy..... :wink2:

hey there everyone!!! thanks a mill for all your advice... i am moving house in 2 weeks out to the country so i am going to read and read about the band and start from as if i was just out of surgery when i move in. I think a new scene out of the city will help me..... nothing like a total new start!!! :thumbs_up:

hey there.... i have a 4cc band and my first fill was 2cc.... n guess what i could eat as much as i wanted.... no restiction what so ever.... i am gettin the full 4cc today as going to a different doc so i hope that this works :confused_smile:

Hey there.... well it has been almost four months since my lap band op and i have only lost 10lbs.... i lost 1st and 5lbs on the first two weeks and i was over the moon.... then the 4wks came to my fill n the surgeon coukd not see me.... he finally seen me in april which was alomost 3 months after the op, at this stage i could eat full amounts.... n the weight went back on :cursing: he only gave me 2cc n sent me on my way.... guess what there was no difference what so ever and i am still waiting for another fill.... i am so upset over all this and think that its unfair... from reading on this site it says not to drink while eating... i was never told this... nor was i told only have liquids for 2 days after the fill :thumbs_up: can people here please help me get back on track.... i am so happy that i found this site as there are people out there that i can now talk to.... thanks :smile2:
