  1. Thanks for the response! That totally makes sense. I had a couple sips of apple juice and lunch and I feel like a different woman! ?
  2. Sleeved on 8/29, today is my 1st day back at work. I am doing ok with fluids and protein and I have no pain, just discomfort. What is bothering me though is that I am lightheaded and dizzy. I am not sure if it is because of the sleeve or my temper mental heart. ( I was hospitalized 2 days after surgery for aFib with RVR) The not knowing what is the cause of the dizzyness is what makes it worse...
  3. Thanks! I have had better luck with warm or room temp liquid.
  4. I am 3 days post op and still every time I drink anything my stomach cramps bad. It goes away pretty quick but I am just wondering is this normal and does it go away. I have been fortunate though that I not yet experienced Nausea
  5. I have tried them and they gave me head wags and I almost thru up. I am going to return my unopened bottles. I am going with the patches!
  6. My Surgery Date is 08/29 as well. I have had a plethora of aches and pains through out this preop diet. I just attribute it to my body detoxing from 30 years of caffeine, carbonation and lots of sugar. :-o
  7. August 29th! Second day of pre op liquid diet. It sucks ? but very excited to get this done!
