I am suddenly experiencing a frequent sharp intermittent pain at the location of the main cut. Saw my Surgeon but he says it will go away. So he didn’t seem bothered. Just wondering if anyone has had pain months later and if it resolved on it’s own? Or what should I do to confirm it’s part of recovery? Secondly has anyone had a scan post surgery to check your insides to ensure all is well post surgery? Should I insist on a scan? Just want to be well.

Hi, am having the same pain 2 months after surgery. Surgeon dismissed it when I saw him yesterday but that pain is worrying me as it just developed. When you get an answer please post. Am following. Speedy recovery to you🙂
