This last week I've been struggling with the idea to go through with the surgery, thinking if I shouldn't go through with it and try push myself harder to just diet and go gym. I want to lose the weight but I don't want to end up looking skinny fat and not be able to consume enough proteins a day to gain any real muscle mass. Hi everyone, I've always wanted to train muay Thai and learn the art of Muay Thai kick boxing. I've tried to train in the past, but due to my weight I was finding it hard to keep up with the class and had to always take a break and go stand outside to recover my breathe and cool down, anyway long story short I got discouraged and stopped. Now here's what I want to know. Once I start to lose a significant amount of weight and get my cardio health up, would I be able to train muay Thai again? Had anyone been using protein shots? This packs 24g protein in just 60ml. Thought it would be pretty cool for a gastric sleeve patient.
