Trying to wrap my head around everything because my surgery is getting close and I've always wanted to get into real good shape and tried and failed too many times.

After surgery and healing sometime and shedding a tonne of fat, Is it possible to get into heavy lifting and body building. Would I be able to create huge muscles? Or is that a dream

I'm freaking myself out of surgery by reading up on complications. How rare are they?

This last week I've been struggling with the idea to go through with the surgery, thinking if I shouldn't go through with it and try push myself harder to just diet and go gym. I want to lose the weight but I don't want to end up looking skinny fat and not be able to consume enough proteins a day to gain any real muscle mass. My only problem is I can't seem to go gym long enough to make as difference. Always battling myself mentally

Can I consume sugar free drinks. Like coke zero, sprite zero?

Yes I really been doing lots of research, I'm trying to get as much knowledge as possible, my surgery is on the 6th next month.

Hi everyone, I've always wanted to train muay Thai and learn the art of Muay Thai kick boxing. I've tried to train in the past, but due to my weight I was finding it hard to keep up with the class and had to always take a break and go stand outside to recover my breathe and cool down, anyway long story short I got discouraged and stopped. Now here's what I want to know. Once I start to lose a significant amount of weight and get my cardio health up, would I be able to train muay Thai again? Or am I asking for trouble in wanting to go down that route?

How hard is it to make muscle gains?
