I haven't been here in awhile. Alot of my friends are getting the surgery and I feel I need to get back in the game. Going to start reading for motivation.

2 Sept
Out of town all weekend so did pretty good. A little junk but plenty of sun. Plan on starting to walk more this week. Had a nutri-grain bar for breakfast and a michellini for lunch (not lean :tongue2:). Will buy some later. Doing pretty good though for early in the week

New journal
I'm about 15 months post-op. Started at 231 and am currently at 187. Been stuck here for a long time. Trying to get to exercing more and drinking more water. Seeing if journaling will help me be more accountable. Will welcome any motivation. Started this morning with a Grandma's cookie (bad). No more after today. What is good for breakfast for anyone else. Also had two cups of coffee with regular cream and sugar. I know to use splenda and fat free creamer. I'm eating lunch now and having left over mexican. Trying to eat just the meat and some of the beans. Need to get better with this too. Do not eat enough protein. Haven't drank any water. Have left over Mountain Dew on desk. I'm just trying to be honest and maybe this will help me. Have not taken a vitamin. Any recommendations on what type. Please help me get back on track. Thanks so much. Pam from Georgia.:tongue2::crying:

Holy Moly! -2lbs!
I just started reading your journal. Does this seem to help you. I'm in a rut. Haven't lost/gained in about 3 months. Need to start working out and drinking more water.

I have lost about 45 since last May. Today is my one year anniversary. I could have done better but I have not walked like and should have. Hopefully, I will get more inspiration from this site.

I had the surgery a year ago today and have lost about 45 pounds. I really have to get in the mood the walk and work out a little and I probably would lose more. Haven't had too much trouble. Would do it again. Looking forward to talking to others about their journey.
