Hey all! Hope everyone is doing well and excited for the future! I'm actually sitting in the office waiting on my pre-OP class. Saw the surgeon this morning and everything is still a go. 14 days and a wake up! Pre-OP diet still going.

Lol...hopefully this time next year a severe name change will be needed! I'm doing great thanks! The diet has been going pretty good. Really dialing it in starting tomorrow for the 2 weeks out point. Scored some free meal replacement shakes and stuff at my pre-OP class...so score!!! Hang in there!

November sleevers we have quite a few buddies going in soon for their surgeries . I challenge everyone to keep up with the calendar and on the day of anyone's surgery we each send 1 word of advice or encouragement we have learned to pass on to them. we have learned so much about what to do and what not to do let's pass on a piece on that day to our buddies.. Sounds Good ?

Pre op testing underway I have lost 18 lbs so far and still have one more liver shrink diet day and one clear liquids only diet day then surgery on Friday meeting with dr now getting everything ready for Friday my new extended family please say a prayer for me good luck to my fellow sleevers on November 1st we got this. ??????

Hi, I was just sleeved in November under Tricare Select. I am not sure if the regions are different, but I am east coast region. The only tricare requirement was three months of physicians assisted weight loss. Through the surgeon I had to do a nutrition consult and visit with a psychologist. Tricare did cover the psych visit but not the nutritionist visit. I hope this information helps.
