Hello, everyone! Sorry if someone asked this before, but I couldn't find it. My nutritionist has been kind of vague, so I was wondering when you guys could eat the following: 1. quinoa 2. lentils 3. chickpeas 4. lentil- or chickpea-based pasta (like Banza) Thanks!

Thanks! For full liquids I was allowed protein shakes, yogurt drinks, thin creamed soups, and sugar free hot chocolate. Tomorrow I start full liquids, so pudding, pureed soup, cottage cheese, and greek yogurt. Sent from my SM-J737A using BariatricPal mobile app

I told my parents, brother, and two closest friends. Everyone was supportive, though my mom had a few concerns. My dad has been pretty unsupportive and talking about it to lots of people even though I asked him to stop. Oh well, at least I learned not to tell him anything again lol.
