  3. Hey all im new to here. I would like to know if any of you had any bumps in the weight lost after surgery and how did you accomplished to keep going? So here is a little something about me i had surgery basically almost 2 months. March 21st was my surgery date. I went in weighting 232 pounds and i am down to 202 pounds. I been back on solids and i bren cooking my own meals and prepping and drinking lost of Water, i also workout about 3times aweek. I feel like im stuck on 202 for the past 2 weeks ina half. I do see a change in clothes and when i take pictures i see change as well, but its discouraging. Any help? Would take some suggestions and what to try out to help.
