  2. I’m 9 days out and feel really good! Have been walking a little everyday since I’ve been home. I have been drinking premier protein shakes and am able to get all 11 oz in within 20 - is that bad? Too much?
  3. Protein water and protein shakes but have went back to drinking plain water - feel better drink the plain water
  4. I found getting plain water has been easier than protein water. I just fill 8 oz at a time and work on it. Thanks!
  5. I tried straws after I saw this thread and it was so much easier for me to get the liquids down!!!

  8. I haven’t check yet - the thought just came up. it is really hard to take in all those fluids!!!! But I am working on it!!
  9. I had my surgery 4 days ago and am doing the liquid diet - my question is doing I have do the required liquid a day on top of my meals that are also liquid. Or does my meals count towards my liquid? Thank you!!

  15. How did you decide which surgery you were going to do RNY or Sleeve? I am 5’ 4” and 255 lbs. i am pre-diabetic and have acid reflux. I want the best long term results.
