  1. I found that miralax everyday and MOM every 2 or 3 days works magic in my life.
  2. I had RNY on the 23rd and went home the same evening.
  3. You should let EVERYONE know who your surgeon is so NO ONE goes to him! That's negligence!
  4. This has happened to me SEVERAL times. I am 5 1/2 months past bypass and it is horrible and it usually happens when I'm at work and it lasts for hours! Yes we will get better!
  5. You need to find a surgeon that accepts your insurance immediately and have all of your documentation transferred to the new surgeon, please do that ASAP friend. Living like that is not okay. Keep us updated.
  6. I'm 5 months out from GB and I've lost 65lbs. But I have been stalled for 3 weeks! I take in 900 to 950 calories a day get all my protein in and drink at least 100 ounces water per day. I've tried walking more miles during the week. Someone I need help, words of advice, ANYTHING. I'm really feeling a certain type of way right now HELP!

  9. I'm almost 5 months post gastric bypass and I ate 4 strawberries with 1/4 cup blueberries 2 and a half hours ago and I feel so not good! My stomach feels full, I tried throwing up but there's nothing in there. I feel sick and not really nauseous but like I need to throw up. What's going on? help! Veterans I need you.
  10. I bought one and it helped tremendously when I was trying to turn over back and forth in bed!
  11. I find it helps to take pills with very warm water. I take wellbutrin and I break it in half and take it with very warm water and that helps it break down faster and I don't worry about anything getting stuck
  12. I dont think it would matter it still sheds short, you probably don't notice it as much. I'm starting to see the stubble if new growth tho.
  13. I'm wondering if it had to do with a shift in my wgt.
  14. I'm 4 1/2 months past OP and my right hip and lower back hurt SO bad. I have arthritis but I thought losing wgt. would help but it seems it's made it worse and now I can only take tylenol. Has anyone heard of this happening?
  15. I just need to tell someone who cares or understands my anguish about going bald my hair is literally coming out in clumps, strands falling out when the wind blows. This is effing devastating. I get 100gms of protein. I drink 80 oz or more of water. I take ALL supplements and NEVER miss. And I **** you not I am literally looking at wigs. I can't even breathe.

  18. Hello I had my gastric bypass 3/23/19 I've lost 57lbs since surgery. Any of my sisters in Southern California? I need peers who understand what goes along with this surgery.
