  1. My sleeve was April 4. I dropped weight the first week but have not lost any in the past 10 days. A pound down, a pound up. Has this happened to anyone else?
  2. Yes. I believe I am doing everything expected of me. I ordered a stationery bike yesterday for some extra exercise when I can’t get out and walk. How long do these stalls usually last?

  5. I am 3 weeks out of surgery. April 4. I may very frustrated. I have not lost any weight in almost 2 weeks! I fluctuate between the same 2 pounds. Down a pound, up a pound. How is this even physically possible?? Did anyone else experience this? How can I change it? I’m at the pureed part of the diet. I get my protein in and I track my food.
