Today I feel a bit better than the past cpl days..pain not as bad.. I keep getting a spasm of pain in my chest area.. im not sure what to make of it..I no it's not my intake.. Im not meeting my intake goal...so I don't know.. Still very tender around my incisions.. No nausea, light headedness, hunger, Just taking it one day at a time... How are all pre-op and post-op folks doing today?

It's flavored protein water.. n it is delicious.. I started drinking these about 6 mos ago.. n I love em.. I jus went to Giant Eagle for my pain meds and came across this brand n flavor..will stick to these for now..

Yes slow it down n sip it in 30 mins...that is painful to feel... Jus grateful it doesn't last long!

Well I'm now home!! N like they say there's no place like home at this time I'm single(as of today anyway) so I had to do my own shopping n pick up my meds...n bring it all inside my self...I swear who needs a man that's not reliable..SMH.. I'm home sipping on some very good tasting protein water...I don't get how I'm suppose to drink 64fl oz n I can barely drink 16 oz...oh well its a self challenge guess!! I smile when I think about what I just went thru n the healthier me I will meet!!

Day 4... I'm able to get up out of bed ...still dealing with a little minor pain.. some lightheadedness once I'm up.. but the agonizing pain is no more..or not as bad..that's for sure...I'm sure it will continue to hurt as it heals I mean really I did have Surgery....everyone on your road to recovery..stay positive and focused... ok bbltr

Tuesday..Had my GS.. Wednesday, Thursday n Friday Nothing but pure agonizing pain..sips of water with meds only, as my Dr. Had me NPO until today.. I was able to order my phase one diet meal. Strawberry Suger free jello..and chicken broth..the pain I feel when I swallow.. I worked really slow on the jello n left the broth alone.. My head has bin pounding due to my caffeine withdrawal..how I need my coffee...hope everyone is doing well...

So as most of u know I am on Day 3. My pain is unbelievable... I'm not even able to sit up for more than 2 mins before the pain kicks in... N yet others are up n walking now...I try to make myself sit up.. I feel they will put me out soon and I live alone.. this is really scary for me...any ideas? And how long does this pain last?

Day 3 Post-op.. pain is starting to ease a little..jus certain ways of sitting or standing are painful. Waiting to start phase 1 of my diet...

Tomorrow is my day.. the day I start my journey... I've bin here before.. at my biggest I was 320.. dropped 100 lbs on the infidelity diet(ex-husband cheats n I lose the weight..) this was 2007... Then I meet another guy n that was extremely toxic... He called me fat among other things for over 2 yrs...my head is a mess!! Tomorrow I take control of me back!! They can't have me anymore...
