Hi. I had my surgery on April 9 and ever since I have been drinking the 2 shakes a day I feel nauseous before I finish and sometimes don’t finish. It takes like an hour to subside, and I also have trouble drinking my water because of this feeling. I still feel weak and run down which makes my walking goal each day hard to reach. I just want to feel some energy again. Hope you are feeling better.

Thank you so much for those very kind words. I know it is a long road ahead, I just wish I had more energy.
