    18 stone down but need another 3 to go had bypass 6 year's ago in Lithuania lost the weight but gained MUCH more confidence, self esteem, friend's and most of all my own family. NEVER GIVE UP WEIGHT IS THERE TO BE LIFTED!!!

    Down 18 stone now have stalled can eat regular potions now need to get going again not a goal of 13 stone yet any idea's how to reset it.
