  1. Day one and two were rough. Its been hard getting my liquid and protein intake. I do not like the taste of the protein water. Its better if it is ice cold. Today has been a little better though. I just have t o make sure I am taking my nausea med on time. I've been pretty nauseous. Thanks for asking! :-)

  3. Hello All. I am 3 days post VSG and still feeling very nauseous. How long will this last. I am also having a hard time getting all my liquids down. I did outpatient vertical sleeve surgery.
