    @ms.sss I am freezing all the time before surgery my heat was at 60 window open fan on. I’ve been home for a week now and my heat is at 72 degrees, 2 comforters and a heating pad and I’m still cold I hate this.

    So this is my weight loss journey start 12/01/17. I’ve lost a total of 80 lbs all together and 7lbs of that since I’ve had the surgery on 03/20/2019. I’m going to continue to work hard once I can.
