My mom had gastric bypass at age 65 and had zero complications and lost 150 lbs. at first I was concerned due to her age, but I think it was good because it extended her life and improved her quality of life

mdhender87 got a reaction from Slownstedy in Dizziness in the shower?
I’ve experienced this from time to time, I try not to take really hot showers and i kind of assumed my blood sugar might be low since it was hours since I’ve eaten and my body was adjusting to my new lifestyle. I have found that drinking apple juice or something that is 100% juice helps and possibly taking a zofran if I’m nauseous too. And of course sit down as soon as you start feeling like this

Surgery October 22, 2018, went from 303 to 281 in a few weeks now UP to 285! Reading others stories definitely help, it's an amazing feeling knowing your not alone or sabotaging yourself before you have started. Thank you.
