    I go for my evaluation at the end of this month. My appointment time is from 1:30 to 5. I have paperwork to fill out and tests to take. I will get to see the psychologist the last 45 minutes of scheduled time. Is this normal?

    I also have BCBS Anthem with my employer. Went last week for my 1st appointment for my medically supervised diet, and I have 6 months to go. Looking around August for my Surgery??? Psychological evaluation at the end of the month!
