  1. Thank you all for the response... I’m going to try them all. Of course not at the same time... lol
  2. Thank you. I didn’t know if it would upset my stomach or not. Thanks again.
  3. Does anyone know if you can take magnesium Citrate after having the sleeve done to help with BMs?
  4. Lol. I meant to say how long do you have to wait until you can drink after surgery?

  6. Thank you so much. Today has been the roughest day that I have had emotional wise. I know it’s going to get better it’s just I feel lonely without my food. Lol as dumb as that may sound. I was a stress eater and having a lot of stress right now. Thanks again for listening you guys. So glad you are doing so well. Thanks for the advice.
  7. Ok guys. I am 5 weeks out of my gastric sleeve and having a hard time. My go to was food and I know that the sleeve was my choice of a life changing event. I’m doing good in getting a couple bites of food in. Feeling like I am unable to drink enough water and protein shakes. I want to down a bottle of water so bad but know it will come right back up. Waiting a half hour before and after eating seems like it takes to much time from drinking. Any suggestions? Thank you in advance.
  8. I was the same way before my surgery. I was I guess mourning my fat and the person I had become. I am almost 5 weeks post op and 27 pounds down. You will become more confident, start loving your self a little more each day. As far as the commitment of staying true to the life change in the way you eat, That is still a challenge daily but you have to tell your self this is the life style change you chose for better health and a better you. You will figure it all out just be patient with your self. Find a good support system that you can tell your feelings to and who will be your cheerleaders. You are going to do amazing!!!! Good luck and prayers on Angel Wings.
  9. Ok so I made a huge error when I wrote this. My surgery date was 2/5/19. That’s what happens when you have a huge thumb and do not proofread. ??‍♀️??‍♀️??‍♀️??‍♀️
  10. Hi. I am new to this forum so please bare with me. I had my sleeve done on 1/5/19 and new this was going to be the greatest thing I’ve ever done in my life other than having my kids. Now I am very emotional, still having horrible gas pains, no BM yet, and wondering if this was the best idea. I’ve done everything that I am suppose to but feel like I am not doing something right. I keep telling myself this too shall pass but not sure I believe it.
