I got my approval from the insurance company this morning. My sleeve is the 27. I'm so excited.

I got my approval from the insurance company this morning. So excited. My sleeve is in 6 days.

I start my liquid diet on the 13th as my surgery in the 27th.

my date is the 27th. I am a mother of three and I live in SJ. I just have my appointment with my surgeon on the 21th. I start my liquid diet the 13th.

I will. I don't want to be a pain but I have a younger children that I have to make sure are taken care of when so I kind of need to know when my appointments are just in case I have to make arrangments.

I got my date the 11th and still haven't received my last 5 appointments so I don't know whats up

how long after you got your date of surgery did they send you your appointments though.

Does any one have horizon nj health and are getting the the sleeve. how long did it take you to hear if you were approved. I am also going to cooper.

I have my last appointment that was scheduled at the beginning of this journey on Monday and was looking to see if any one would be able to tell me what the next steps were going to look like.
