  13. Hey everyone! I will be 1 year post op July 18th and right now i'm kind of lost. I'm down 101 pounds so i'm very happy about that. ? I just need the motivation to exercise and be motivated. I feel like i'm at a stand still and my next goal is 30 more pounds. What gives you motivation to work out and just all around motivation? Also how much do you eat? My surgeon said i need to measure everything i eat still. I just serve a little bit and if i dont finish the food i throw it away..

  22. I drank alcohol 3 weeks after my surgery and felt like crap about it. Youll feel liike you messed up a lot of times during this journey you just have to accept the fact you did it, take responsibility, and move on. Thats what i have to do, im still very hard on myself with certain things but when i get back on track im good. ☺️
  23. Yeah i get hit on all the time its crazy lol
  24. If this helps, when i first had my sleeve done i threw up the broth because it was sooo gross to me. The 2nd week i tried eating soup (dont do) but it made me sick also but i was sooo hungry and i was so used to eating food that i was in shock on what i did to my body. My advice is eat sugar free popsicles and drink alot of liquids. Thats what helped me. I drained some soups though and drank the broth from those and that helped but i drank alot of water, tea, and like sugar free gatorades. Good luck!☺️
  25. Hello! After you had your surgery, how did people treat you differently?? Like family/friends/strangers?? I am super curious. Im 7 months post op and lost 83 pounds and i could tell a huge change in how strangers treat me its crazy!
  26. I honestly personally will say this since ive gotten my surgery, going out to eat is hard as **** the first 3 months for me and still being 7 months out because literally everytime ive gone out to eat waitress/waitor will ask if i liked my food or not because i barely ate. It makes me mad haha be prepared for that ☺️
