  1. Thank you all! I have used MyFitnessPal previously and liked it well enough but I will check Cronometer and itrackbites as well.
  2. Hi - I'm new here so this is my first post ? I'm scheduled for gastric bypass surgery on March 4th and I'm trying to get into some good routines. Was wondering in particular about recommendations for food journaling - what apps are best? are old-fashioned written journals still a good method? If anyone has any thoughts on this, I'd love to hear them! TIA!
