  1. I want to write about my bariactric surgeon, Doctor Sharma. From the first visit with him I was put at ease about my choice to persue gastric sleeve surgery for weight lss. Dr. Sharma is so easy to talk to. He answered all my questions and with his patience ,he allowed me to remember what I wanted to ask. Being straight forward Doctor Sharma is exceptionally kind and reassuring. My surgery was a success. I am losing weight. First quickly then a snag. Dr. Sharma had my blood tested to see if everything was ok . He also made suggestions about what to do to lose more weight more quickly. No carbs. more exercise. He continues to take excellent care of me and is always there should I need him. Thanks Dr. Sharma. For everything.
  2. I am 4 months out of surgery. I am at a 3 week stand still. Back and forth from 1 lb. up and then 1 lb. down. This has been going on for 3 weeks as I said. The problem is I am unable to walk anywhere except the house. I do make it to doctor appointments but the every day exercise is lacking. I have an eliptical machine I'm afraid to get on because I have unsupportive knees and a fused hip. SO.......what to do? I have to exercise. Yes I can walk around the house with my walker but it's not doing the trick. Any suggestions will be very helpful. Thanks for reading this.
