  1. I also have trouble with constipation now. Never had an issue before surgery but it is what it is. I've been taking Aloe pills and that seems to be helping. Sometimes i'll have a BM every 2-3 days.
  2. I was a gulper, but now I have to be mindful about the amount of water I drink. It was difficult in the beginning but it has improved over time. I'm almost 4 months post op and I still have some trouble getting all my water in. Just go slow and just sip.
  3. I bought the variety pack of Inspire. Pre-surgery, I thought they were okay. Post surgery, my tummy is loving them. I really like the peanut butter cup as it tastes like a reese's. Waiting til I get paid to buy more! They are expensive but really yummy. I'm curious to how the cannoli one tastes like. Unjury chicken soup flavor is quite delicious as well. If you are looking for protein soups.
