  3. Hi. New here, glad I found you folks. I had my sleeve surgery on 12-31-18. I'm a wife, mom of two kids , and a pediatric nurse. I gained an enormous amount of weight over the last ten years after I was diagnosed with lupus. I was nervous about the surgery, but I'm so glad I went through with it. I am thrilled about possibly being thinner, healthier and more mobile in the New Year. Good luck to all of us...its going to be a happy , health new year.
