  1. Yah it holds 9. I had 3 put in during my first fill. Good luck. I was banded April 29th 2008
  2. I wore mine for about a week. Make sure you have a shirt under it so that you don't get a rash
  3. You are so right, Mindy. My doc has me on liquids for 6 weeks for that very reason. After surgery, everything is irritated. The "shoulder" pain that everyone complains about is a result of an irritated diaphragm. The nerve there causes referred pain to the shoulder. So if anyone is having issues such as these you shouldn't be stressing your body further by giving it solid foods. The main things right now are to stay hydrated and nourished via Vitamins. Hunger should be cured with low fat Soups or sugar free Protein drinks. It's not supposed to be fun. Good luck to everyone, I'm sure it will pay off. :woot:
  4. Chewable Pepcid AC will help you in the meantime. Try prilosec for 2 weeks and that should help you in the long run.
  5. good luck! I was banded on the 29th
  6. Hi, make sure you aren't drinking your liquids through a straw or a squeeze bottle. These can add lots of gas. Also, certain sugar free foods cause lots of gas. For me, sugar free popsicles do it.
