What do you mean mixing a lot and making your own do you still buy the bariatric ones or you just buy other ones and just mixing fruit in it and stuff

I had cold feet 2 times went threw the classes 2 times now I finally did it.had my surgery Feb4.so having cold feet is normal. [emoji5]

Mine was for 2 weeks to.i had my surgery Feb 4 I got home at 1pm on feb5.

I'm starting my liquid diet today .hope I do ok. It's for 2 weeks [emoji45]

The only people that know is my ex and my 12 year son and my friend my other family dont know .

It take 6 months I have to pay $375 because your Insurance doesn't pay for that. It's for the classes that you gonna be taking and the books they gonna give you I went through it 3 times chickened out 3 times this is my 4th time and I finally got my head on straight and I really wanted done and now I passed the green light for both Psychiatrist and I passed the Nutritionist class gave me the green light also so now I'm waiting for a letter from the doctor and then I will be seen the doctor February 1st to tell me when to come in for surgery I'm excited and nervous at the same time so far I lost 24.5 in half out Sent from my SM-G965U using BariatricPal mobile app
