jepalmer got a reaction from Bonines in Week after surgery and I'm strugglingI am just in my pre op diet phase. Surgery in 1 week ?. Anyway, I had bought whey protein powder and it was awful!! I brought it back and switched it for Purely Inspired Organic Protein Powder. 100% plant based. Delicious ! No comparison They sell it at Walmart. Amazingly Amazon has it too, but it is almost 2x the price.
