Thank you, I just wanted to really know if drinking for being part of a routine or if it has just a little caffeine in it. Lol that I could get a boost.

I thought it was just me feeling out of sorts. Today I'm really off. But I've been really off the past couple of days. I just want to be alone for a while. I'm really agitated. Everything and everyone feels like they're smothering me.

I had surgery November 29, 2018. I have questions to see if some of the things I'm going through is normal. My stomach sounds like a toliet flushing and then I have to go to the restroom. A lot of it is not by choice. I'm leaking poop and don't when know it till I've went to the bathroom or I feel wet. Also I have diarrhea constantly. Is this normal and I can't sleep.

Okay, so I have to ask. I was a on and off coffee drinker before surgery. But now we have to decaf everything. So I drank coffee for the caffeine but decaf had none. So my question is what the purpose for decaf. Is it just for the taste.

I did have surgery and I'm doing great. I had to spend a lot of money trying to find what works for me and I have. I purchased from Walmart in vanilla and chocolate see the picture below. I also purchased peanut butter powder and I add it to my shake everyday and I have a Reese's cup shake every morning. No gas, No Gas, No gas definitely a blessing. Them I play with regular food but I love the can of chicken. I miss unjury protein powder unflavored in the chicken. I use one cracker a slice of presliced cheese chedder and pile the chicken on.

I'm stuffed to the Gillies right now. So I'll wait a couple minutes and then start my water, until 15 minutes before my next shake

So today is shake day. I took my vitamin this morning and I guess it's the 30/60 rule. So do I wait 30 minutes before I start shake and then drink shake 30 minutes and after 30 minutes drink shake then I have to wait 60 to drink fluids. I'm getting confused so how am I to drink water

Thank you. So what do I do with this day if I don't juice for the last day

I think I figured the never trust a fart part already, lol. I'm still juicing it. Today is my last day for juicing and then I'll start protein tomorrow. Also not really sleeping and having really bad back pain. Using a heating pad on my back

This is day 3 for me and it's hard with getting fluids and diarrhea
